Our Promise
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to make it right. We offer a 60-day refund window from the date your order is delivered for eligible issues listed below.
What We Cover
We accept return and refund requests for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item not as described
- Order never arrived (see Lost Packages section)
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at support@pawcarelabs.com within 60 days of your delivery date
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- For damaged or wrong items, attach a clear photo of the product
We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you do not need to return the item. Simply contact us with your order number and a photo and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No need to ship anything back.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times:

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us — processing times can vary by institution.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Change of mind orders
- Items reported outside the 60-day window
