Our 60-Day Guarantee
If Päw Care didn't work for your cat, or you're not happy with your order, email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No need to send anything back.
Refunds are subject to the terms below, including our Fair Use policy below.
Reasons for a Refund
- The product didn't work for your cat
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was not as described
- Your order never arrived
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@pawcarelabs.com within 60 days of your delivery date
- Include your order number
That's it. We'll process your refund within 1 to 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, timing depends on your bank or payment provider:

Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
Once your pre-order ships and is delivered, our standard 60-day guarantee applies as usual, starting from your delivery date.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If your order was paid for in full or in part with a gift card, that portion will be refunded as store credit on a new gift card of equal value.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of its ship date, contact us. We'll reship your order or refund you, your choice.
Outside the 60-Day Window
Requests received more than 60 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Fair Use
Our guarantee is built on trust. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show clear signs of fraud or abuse, including repeated refund requests from the same customer, email, or shipping address.
If you've opened a dispute with your bank or PayPal, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster directly.
