We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required, no hidden fees at checkout.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress at 17track.net or any major tracking platform.

Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (Europe)

PAW CARE ships internationally. For orders delivered to European countries, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. PAW CARE has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you have concerns.


Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your ship date, please contact us at support@pawcarelabs.com and we will investigate immediately.

We will either reship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. PAW CARE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
